Camille delivers unique products and services to independent and national companies with a strong background in restaurant hospitality, which enables her to provide a high level of service and attention to detail to her clients. Her hospitality foundation stems from growing up in the family-run restaurant, the Cat and Fiddle Restaurant and Pub, which originated in 1982 and currently serves the Los Angeles market. Employed with national brands such as The Sofitel Hotel, Patina Restaurant Group, and David Burke Group has sharpened her experience in operations and taught her the foundations of how successful restaurant businesses operate.
Camille has worked with a diverse mix of retail clients, such as designer Greg Lauren, Dunkin Donuts, Panera Bread, Silverback Coffee of Rwanda, Wake and Late, Burrata House, 1933 Group, Border Grill, K9 Luxury Pet Resorts and has secured leases for notable chefs as Ori Menashe and Evan Funke among others. She focuses on the market trends we see today in each local community of the Southern California market with the ability to help clients untangle their real estate objectives.
Camille received her B.S. in Kinesiology: Exercise Science from Cal State Northridge.
Tony has had a lifelong passion for real estate. In 2007, he embraced this passion and formed The Innate Group to help others purchase or sell homes and properties. Pacific Edge Partners builds on the success of this company as a full-service commercial real estate company as well as a leader in the brokering of business opportunities. He works with both private parties and large corporations and has helped buyers and sellers from over 30 countries with investments throughout Southern California. Tony’s professional career spans 30 years and multiple industries.
He’s been a presenter at international conferences, is a former business development director for a boutique consulting firm doing business in over 50 countries, and is the owner of several businesses. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce and a handful of companies and organizations.
He received his B.S. in Optics from the University of Rochester, M.S. in Electrophysics from the University of Southern California, and MBA from University of California, Los Angeles.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Kim held key sales roles where she negotiated high-value contracts, expanded market presence, and consistently exceeded revenue targets. In the home industry, Kim developed a deep understanding of consumer trends and spatial design—insight that now proves invaluable in helping businesses envision and optimize commercial spaces. In the medical field, she worked with healthcare professionals and institutions, navigating complex needs with precision and professionalism. And in the fast-paced apparel industry, Kim demonstrated the ability to adapt quickly to trends and deliver tailored solutions for both boutique and large-scale retailers.
With market knowledge of trade areas and expertise in retail competitive market analysis, Kim has the experience to identify where opportunities exist. She leverages this expertise to serve clients with integrity, insight, and a steadfast commitment to helping them achieve their real estate goals.
